There is a large multipurpose playground for your use, featuring a playhouse with a slide, swings, a trampoline, a climbing wall, a sandbox, and more. The property has electricity, drinking water, a chemical toilet, a sink, a fire pit, and a grill, and you can also use a mini-kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, and contact grills. A solar-powered shower with a screen is also available.
One of many bike trails runs through the village. Fans of active recreation will enjoy swimming or boating on the Metuje River, or visiting the Rozkoš Reservoir just 3 km away, where you can rent pedal boats, jet skis, paddleboards, or rowboats.
Nearby is the cozy U Mlynáře pub, which is open on Fridays and serves excellent Pilsner on tap. In the villages of Nahořany and Černčice (1 km away), a pub is open every day, offering prepared meals, ice cream, and more. There is also a general store here.
The surrounding area offers many beautiful places to visit. For example, Babiččino údolí, Ratibořice, the Nové Město nad Metují Castle, the “Peklo” Nature Reserve, the Adršpach Rocks, the Dvůr Králové Zoo, the Kuks Hospital, the Josefov Fortress, the unique Šibeník Lookout Tower near Nový Hrádek, Opočno Castle with its beautiful garden, Častolovice Castle with its mini-zoo, and many others.
If you don’t mind the rooster crowing in the morning, you’ll experience the true atmosphere of the Czech countryside here on our farm.

A beautiful and peaceful garden away from civilization, perfectly equipped for campers (2 restrooms, a shower, and a kitchen). At one point, there were a total of 5 groups on the property, but we didn’t get in each other’s way at all—there’s plenty of space, and with so many kids around, even our own kids kept themselves entertained without us :) The restrooms were clean, the trash was always taken out, and the owner was very friendly—he came out to greet everyone. We have no complaints; we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here, and we’d be happy to recommend it to others!
A beautiful place where we relaxed and the kids had a blast on the trampoline and swings. The property has absolutely everything you could think of—a toilet, shower, fridge, microwave, grill—just a lovely setting, and waking up to the rooster’s crow in the morning was amazing. I highly recommend it to everyone; we really loved it here ❤️.
