The accommodations on the property were great; we took advantage of the fact that we had the place to ourselves, so we had plenty of space to choose the perfect spot. The pool is great for cooling off in this heat. The owner dealt with the water issues immediately; even though he wasn’t on the property in person, he sent someone to investigate the problem. The access road has some ruts, and with our Mondeo, we scraped the undercarriage a bit; a taller car would have no problem. We’d love to come back sometime.

Accommodations in a beautiful forest setting that exceeded our expectations. In the early evening, deer would regularly visit us—an unforgettable experience for our daughter and for us.

The property is very well equipped: a fire pit, a trampoline, a treehouse, a sandbox, an Indian teepee, and a cooling tub. It’s clear that the owners put a lot of work into it and thought carefully about how to ensure that both adults and children could relax here.

The location is an ideal starting point for trips—just a short distance from Mariánka, Stupava, and the surrounding area, which offers plenty of hiking and biking trails.

One note for future guests—more as information than a complaint: the cabin is quite small, and the bed spans its entire width, so a taller person (180 cm) will touch the walls with both their head and feet. Combined with the warm summer nights, this made it a bit difficult for us to sleep. If better ventilation or a different bed arrangement could be arranged in the future, that would be a big plus.

Nevertheless, we’re leaving with very pleasant memories and are happy to recommend this place—especially to families with children and those who love a peaceful setting.

A very pleasant farm with friendly owners. Camping by a small pond, with restrooms in the building.
Cows graze in the meadow, so sometimes they leave a little something behind.
The kids got to go for a pony ride, so everyone was happy :-)

A very pleasant place where we spent the night. Very easy to get to by car; the instructions and communication were great. The cabin was equipped with everything we could have needed for one night. If you follow the red trail from the cabin, you’ll reach the safari park in less than an hour :) There’s also a great dam just a short walk away!

Have a wonderful and peaceful camping trip! The shelter and the hot shower are a real luxury. The only thing you can hear is the forest all around—I recommend taking a walk through it!

The most beautiful Bezkemp we’ve ever been to. We’ve returned to this spot for the second time, and it certainly won’t be the last. Even though we were in the quarry with other campers, you have complete privacy and can enjoy the peace and quiet. The water in the quarry is clean and refreshing, even in the hottest weather.

The cabin and its amenities were exactly as described. My only minor complaint is about the two-burner stove—it kept blowing the fuses. Luckily, we had brought our own gas stove. Otherwise, it was a wonderful, relaxing stay.

A beautiful and peaceful property; the owner was very friendly and helpful, and gave us tips on what to see in the area.
The driveway to the property is a bit hidden, but there’s a large sign on the gate that’s impossible to miss.
Down the hill through the forest was a path to Lake Medard, and about 2 km away was the smaller Lake Boden, which features a fitness trail, a small sandy beach, refreshments, and an inline skating track. Also, about 10 km from the property is Lake Michal near Sokolov, which features a three-lane water slide 117 m long and a 190-meter-long water slide; there are many attractions there, such as a bouncy castle, a playground, bowling, mini-golf, skittles, trampolines, table tennis, and much more, such as pedal boat and paddleboard rentals; there are also snack stands and a 500-meter-long beach.
It’s also about 15 km from Františkovy Lázně and about 40 km from Mariánské Lázně, where I’d recommend visiting Boheminium Park (a miniature park featuring castles and chateaus from all over the country) and the Singing Fountain. Near the property, you’ll also find the beautiful Loket Castle, the chateau in Bečov, Soos near Františkovy Lázně, hiking trails in Boží Dar, and Královské Poříčí, home to the Bernard Farm, which features a mini-zoo, a candle-making workshop, and a museum—and, of course, Karlovy Vary, home to the famous Grandhotel Pupp, the Mill Colonnade, and the Butterfly House.

An amazing place with great amenities.
A perfect shower, with hot water on warm days. An outhouse you won’t want to leave :). A variety of games to play. A seating area, a grill, and a fire pit, complete with wood and briquettes. A water pump with utility water, but very clean—ideal for a morning refreshment. Hopefully we’ll be back someday.
The owner was very helpful and explained everything we needed to know.

Hello to everyone who loves nature.
My experience camping on this property has been nothing but positive!!!!
I came here with my grandchildren to show them nature without the internet or cell phones.
This was a great choice. A beautiful place, amazing views, and above all, peace and quiet. For the kids, there were animals, the forest, and swimming in the nearby Tyra River. The owner was friendly and willing to accommodate our needs. Two nights here weren’t enough, but we’ll definitely be back.
Recommendation: Be sure to bring your own saw and axe. There’s plenty of wood in the forest, but it’s mostly large, long pieces.
I can personally recommend it.

The site is really nice, with a beautiful view and we've been welcomed so well ! It was a pleasure to speak with the owner and discover a bit of his life.
Everything was quiet and it was easy to communicate with Pavel, he helped us feeling just like home.
