Great place by the woods, quiet to relax. We were only here for one night on our way to Austria, but we will definitely save the place for future use. Friendly owner, confirmed the reservation within 10 minutes. The land is slightly sloping but no problem to clear it. Accommodation at a great price. We are definitely not the last time here.

Dobrý den.

Měli jsme skvělou příležitost ,,ubytovat” se na parádní loučce. Skrytá, čistá, pěkně posekaná, dobře připravená. Klidné místo vhodné k odpočinku od lidí a kousek od Červené Lhoty pro večerní procházku.
Majitelé komunikovali okamžitě, slušně.
Místo, které jsem si zařadil do kolonky Navštívit znovu.

A really peaceful place to camp undisturbed. A flat spot with a fire pit and a log shelter where I would have rolled right away, but the kids were of a different opinion:)
And most importantly, a river with no road.
It's a good idea to bring wood, but there's plenty of it all around and it wouldn't be the camping fun without it.
I'd advise caution for car access, especially from the pub on that cycle path. It's a cool and scenic road, but narrow and cyclists are sure to go crazy there;)

For us absolutely perfect and quiet place with rich facilities. Mr. owner is a complete easy-going. The ongoing renovation does not disturb at all. We wish you every success in building and thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very quiet place in the shade of trees a few meters from the river. In addition to the pier there is a pen with ostriches and goats. The children were thrilled. We ate well in the adjacent restaurant. The driveway is steep, but we drove up it the first time.

Beautiful place. We loved it. Everything was absolutely trouble-free. Reservation, agreement with the owner, stay. Everything was functional, well cared for and most importantly a beautiful place with a great view (we were up there 🙂💚

Satisfaction! We were with my family as part of the festival in Hořice, so really just an overnight stay and just as such a background it was perfect. My child and I really appreciated the garden toys that were available and the quietness. Oh, and the owner was really nice, helpful, easy-going. A pleasure to meet. Very much děkujeme🙏🏽❤️

The approach is a bit steeper downhill, it is necessary to take into account the branches that interfere with the road. Very pleasant and quiet place, slightly sloping, but can be cleared. Beautiful views from the meadow not far above the driveway. Sympathetic, helpful owner. We liked it very much.

Everything as described. Cool and quiet place. Very friendly owner. Excellent self-service bar. Castle really in sight over the fence. Beautiful scenery suitable for excursions.

The cabin on the edge of the forest is absolutely amazing for people who want to get out of the city and spend time in the seclusion. A great place to relax.

A beautiful place for hot summer days. I think that even in the rain it could be nice here, because the gazebo is quite spacious. We took a ferry ride on the pond and also used the portable fire pit. There is plenty of wood and an axe and a roasting fork available for rent. You can lock the entrance gate so total privacy. There are frogs croaking all night, sheep bleating nearby in the morning and you can literally hear a bird concert in the branches. If you like nature, you'll be happy here. There's a pub a little further on, where they sometimes play in the evening, but it doesn't really matter.

Large meadow in the middle of fields easily accessible from the main road. Excellent bathhouse, good facilities - table with bench, umbrella, barbecue, fireplace, pond with frogs. Good communication, nice owner. We would love to come back again.

Beautiful meadow, friendly owners, super social facilities and next to the field strawberries and delicious homemade dairy products ( I miss kefir already) were the cherry on top of our camping trip, which we extended by a few days after the first night spent here, against the plan.

Amazing and clean cottage in a wonderful and quiet location. The whole cottage is fenced which was great for our dogs. The cottage was equipped and ready for our arrival. It was very nice that there was water and electricity. The cell signal was a little lame, but only a good thing because it's a place primarily for relaxing, so it didn't bother anyone.
The lady was very good to talk to. When we didn't know, she gave advice. It was a pleasure to spend some time here. I'm sure it won't be the last time. :-)

We mainly had it for an overnight stay and a quiet morning during Rock for People, so we appreciated the peace and quiet away from the people. Everything was fine. The shower was very refreshing due to the cold nights :-D

Absolutely perfect location, for excursions. Wonderful cycle paths that lead through beautiful countryside, stunning villages, just great.
The land is well maintained, accessible right from the road, but still quiet. We took advantage of the fireplace, where there is a nice seating area.
Owner very pleasant, helpful, still improving the land, which is evident in the amazing sauna.
I highly recommend it, we will definitely be happy to return.

Everything in the best order.According to the older reviews we had certain expectations.These were positively exceeded.Location, facilities, divine peace.All of this was excellent.
With the owner we were only in tel. We were only in contact with the owner, but everything went smoothly.
We only spent one night, next time we will want to stay longer.

Beautiful location by the river, in the shade under the trees, plenty of firewood (available for purchase) and basic equipment. We can only recommend it! A visit in the form of a hare and a doe on the property was a nice touch.

Beautiful garden in the middle of Hořice, the owner personally welcomed us despite our late arrival. Very nice and helpful, just great. It's in the middle of the town on a hill, so at night you can hear occasional cars passing by - those who don't sleep extra light won't even notice. Thank you :)

Really beautiful place. Busier, but that's to be expected given the location - it certainly didn't detract from our experience. The approach with a lower chassis can be a tricky one, but an experienced driver can handle it. Just beware of googlemaps, I recommend using mapy.cz instead.
