The plot itself is over 5000 M2, paved and levelled with parking space for up to two motorhomes (we will allow on request). The paved seating area with benches and table is suitable for up to 8 people. The evening atmosphere can be enhanced by subtle lighting in the retaining wall. Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
Asphalt road up a slight hill, only the last 60 metres or so is on an old stone road with a central grassy strip. After prolonged rainfall, or in snow cover, the road can be less passable. We therefore recommend the site for caravans, motorhomes, or if there is a good pull for smaller caravans, preferably with a drive, but if someone who knows how is behind the wheel it is possible to drive an almost 7 metre caravan the first time without unhooking the caravan.
Restriction of the access road
The driveway is used daily by the cottagers behind the hill, two cars cannot avoid it, but it is about 100 meters. The entrance gate is 4 metres wide.
cycling
Cycle up the hilly terrain to the local lookout tower, and to the well-known viewpoint with the possibility of refreshments at the local Dubice church towering on a rock above the Porta Bohemica with the Elbe River.
activities for kids
Added a sandpit for children including basic sand toys.
hiking
A hike to the village or towards the motorway flyover with a beautiful panoramic view, then along the forest path to the lookout tower, which stands on the motorway bridge and offers beautiful views of the Bohemian Central Highlands.
Other activities
Possibility to play disc golf on a portable basket, as the land has over 5000 m2 and is regularly mowed. Possibly other space-intensive games.
Decent quiet behavior within the rules of neighborly coexistence, although there is no neighbor, but keep in mind that even animals like peace...

Vikend jsme si moc uzili, vse bylo nachystano, pozemek super, velika oplocena zahrada, pocasi nam take pralo...jen nam malicko vadil hluk motorek z vedlejsiho pozemku. Ale i ten vzdy po kratkem case ustal.
Krásné klidné místo k odpočinku a relaxu. Vše v pořádku, komunikace perfektní . Byli jsme zde po několikáté a rádi zase přijedeme . Moc děkujeme .

Na toto krásné místo jsme se vrátili už potřetí a opět jsme byli moc spokojení. Má to tu úžasnou atmosféru, klid a krásné okolí, kam se člověk rád vrací.
Velmi si vážíme i přístupu pana majitele - komunikace je vždy skvělá a vstřícná. I tentokrát bylo vše perfektně připravené a nic nám nechybělo. Moc děkujeme.
