We are offering a fenced-in garden with an area of 3,000 m² in a quiet part of the village of Kdanice, 2 km from the town of Sobotka in the Bohemian Paradise. The property is a gently sloping lot with permanent grass cover, mature arborvitae trees in several areas, a fire pit, and a stockpile of firewood and building materials.
For an additional fee, the property offers the option to connect to 220V/380V power at two locations and to drinking water. A water tank for the chemical toilet is available. A reel with a 50-meter cable can be rented on the property (upon request in advance).
The village has a small playground for children, and there is a forest nearby. For larger groups of friends, the capacity can be increased.

In the evening, you can enjoy a chorus of frogs, and in the morning, you might be woken up by a local rooster :)
