We spent the weekend here with the kids. The cabin is cozy, everything was clean, and above all, it was peaceful. We are definitely sure that we have not been here for the last time. The cottage is perfectly equipped but most importantly it is incredibly cosy, clean and surrounded by nature. In the morning we were followed by deer, rabbits. The driveway was a daily treat, it is easy to drive down but I really don't recommend it with a low chassis. The owner was incredibly nice, helpful and sympathetic. Thank you for a great stay!
We rate for the highest number of hearts. We the whole family were extremely satisfied. The worse driveway could potentially be worth a negative mention if someone were to arrive in a car with a very low chassis. If anyone is allergic to bee stings - beware - there are beehives on the adjacent property! However, the bees were otherwise friendly :-).... If you're looking for peace and quiet, a place with no light smog and almost no people... will be happy too!

My daughter was thrilled with the stream she played in. I, on the other hand, was delighted with the meadows in the immediate vicinity of the cottage. There are also plenty of hikes in the area, just be aware of the off-road driveway (I had a bit of trouble getting out after the rain, it slipped, but experienced drivers can handle it). Plus, it's amazingly quiet (you really won't hear any cars driving under your windows and you won't hear any road in the distance - a complete ear spa for a big city person!!!). The cottage is fully equipped and on cold days you can even warm up in the bedrooms. The owners are very friendly and kind, ready to help at any time. We also learned the history of the place and tips for the best ice cream in the area. There are also a lot of bike paths in the area, you just have to allow for a fair amount of elevation gain. We were excited about the Singltrek Suchak. You can hunt for a cell phone signal (if you don't have an 02) by climbing the hill above the hut - where there is also a great view into the distance. We would love to come back!!!
