The property features PLAY AREAS FOR CHILDREN, A COVERED TERRACE, A SEATING AREA, A FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHENETTE with a gas stove, A SHOWER AND SINK, A DRY TOILET, A FIRE PIT, a GRILL, and a SMALL CABIN FOR OVERNIGHT STAYS (you can sleep on the terrace—upon request, we can also prepare the interior with mattresses). You can also sleep on a stylish bed under a tree (weather permitting).
You won’t be left in the dark—the terrace and bathroom are lit by solar lights (which can be turned off).
Eco-friendly soap and eco-friendly dish soap, a hand towel, and a dish towel are provided.
The garden is located 100 m from the spa colonnade, 350 m from the spa, 750 m from the entrance to the castle park, and 900 m from the castle. Jednota Coop grocery store (open 24/7) is 1,000 m away.
THERE IS ROOM FOR MORE TENTS—so reservations for larger groups are possible.
THERE IS ROOM FOR MULTIPLE RVs/TRAILERS (larger group = always only one reservation) — parking is available at the back behind the fenced-off section of the property — access to the interior is also possible from there through a spacious gate.
Just before your arrival, I’ll send you a text message with the lock codes for the gate and the kitchenette. If you don’t receive the message, please be sure to contact me.

- Graywater may be discharged on the property (only if eco-friendly products are used) behind the fenced-in area—toward the fields.
Chemical toilet
- There is no option to empty a chemical toilet.
Access to the property may be difficult in rainy weather
In heavier rain, there may be some mud at the start of the meadow path. Otherwise it is nothing dramatic as the whole path is flat. As far as snow is concerned, it falls very sporadically and when it does, it is in small amounts.

The land is located a few meters from the main cycling route (Lednice, Valtice, Breclav). The surrounding area is perfect for cycling and is interwoven with a dense network of cycle paths.
fishing
Fishing opportunities in the surroundings - several ponds in the area and the river Dyje.
water sports
The nearest swimming is in the ponds (Apollo, Prostřední, Hlohovecký) or in the Dyje - depending on the current water quality. Furthermore, the swimming pool in Breclav, the beautiful quarry in Mikulov or Aqualand Moravia in Pasohlávky.

On the plot there is a swing for smaller children, a nest swing, a small trampoline, a slack line between the trees, ropes for swinging, a raised children's house with a rope ladder and steps, a slide and a pulley for playing, hammocks.

All around the area - a dense network of marked trails. Extensive chateau park with Lednice Castle and Minaret, John's Castle, Apollo's Temple, Pond Chateau, Three Graces and countless other sights in the area.

When lighting a fire in the fire pit or on the grill, please exercise caution and ensure it is properly extinguished.
Please use water sparingly when showering and washing dishes—water is delivered to the property.
This place is very dear to our hearts, and we ask guests to treat it with respect. Parents are responsible for their children.
Parties and loud noise are prohibited here—enjoy the sounds of nature. You’ll easily spot beautiful birds, lizards, deer, hares, pheasants, and storks here :).

An amazing place—we keep coming back.
We really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful garden; everything looks just as great in person as it does in the photos. The privacy and the fact that Lednice is within walking distance are definite pluses. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette. The property doesn’t have electricity, so you’ll need to keep that in mind.
Communication with the owner was seamless.
A wonderful garden—there’s plenty of shade and things for the kids to do. The location is also great—it’s secluded and peaceful. We’d love to come back.
A pleasant spot for camping close to the city, yet completely private. The outdoor shower is a real luxury during the hot summer. How (un)restful the night is depends on how many people are shouting on the colonnade.
A great place to relax, and just a short walk from Lednice Castle. What I appreciate most is the cleanliness, the seating areas scattered throughout the garden, and the very kind owner.
