Where do the property ratings come from?
We stayed there for one night; parking is on a huge field, which is quite spacious—I think it’s easy to find a spot even when it’s fully occupied. The surrounding area is admittedly a bit “untidy,” but that didn’t bother us at all. It looked like the terrace was undergoing renovations at the time, but that didn’t bother us in the least. The host was very kind and helpful—nothing was a problem at all. We also used the showers and restrooms, which were tidy and clean. We also bought various types of dried meat from the owner (he sells a mix of different kinds); everything we’ve tried so far has been excellent.
The owner is very kind and helpful. The property is large, and you can choose where to pitch your tent; inside the building, there are showers, a restroom, and a kitchenette. Right behind the property is a small forest with plenty of wood for a fire. The place is very pleasant and peaceful :)

However, the property itself struck us as very uninviting and neglected. There was a lot of clutter, wood scattered about, and an unkempt area; overall, the place didn’t give off a pleasant vibe for relaxation. The biggest disappointment was the restrooms, where we even came across a cockroach, which significantly affected our overall impression.
It’s a shame that such a beautiful place isn’t better maintained and cared for, because thanks to its location and tranquility, it has great potential.

V době Vašeho pobytu u nás probíhala rekonstrukce terasy, což bohužel dočasně ovlivnilo vzhled a uspořádání části pozemku. Rozházené dřevo a méně upravený prostor tedy souvisely právě s probíhajícími stavebními pracemi. Za případné nepohodlí se omlouváme.
Velmi nás však mrzí Vaše zkušenost s toaletou. Výskyt švába je pro nás nepříjemnou zprávou a situaci samozřejmě řešíme, aby se podobná věc neopakovala.
