Welcome to our cozy tiny house Frantisek on the quiet outskirts of the village, just 5 minutes from the beautiful historic town of Klatovy and half an hour drive from the heart of Sumava. The ideal place for those who want peace and privacy, but at the same time to be a short walk from nature and the city's cafes, sights and excursion routes. You will have the whole house to yourself - there is a large garden, an island on the pond and a large terrace with seating. In the morning you can enjoy your coffee overlooking the greenery, in the evening you can open wine in the open air. Tiny house is fully equipped - comfortable sleeping for up to 4 people, kitchenette, bathroom with shower and toilet, fast wifi and smart TV with streaming (Netflix, YouTube). Self-service check-in allows you to arrive and depart without restrictions. Late check-out is included with the option to leave as late as 2pm, so you don't have to stress about packing up quickly in the morning. If you plan to arrive at your accommodation earlier than the afternoon, please do not hesitate to contact us - we will be happy to allow early check-in if the accommodation is ready. The property is not yet fully fenced, so please take extra care if you are staying with four-legged pets - they are welcome to stay with us anyway. There is also an apiary in the garden, which is a good distance from the accommodation. However, we recommend that allergy sufferers carry the necessary medication. Whether you are looking for a romantic weekend, a quiet place to work remotely or a base for trips around the Bohemian Forest, you will find something to suit you here. The accommodation is located in the quiet little village of Kydliny, just 5 km from the town of Klatovy. If you want to spend your stay actively, there are many possibilities - walks in the surrounding forests and hills, or trips by car. In just 30 minutes drive you can reach the central Sumava - for example to Špičák, Železná Ruda or Hojsova Stráž. In the surroundings, you will find well-known natural places such as the Black and Devil's Lake, the Špičák lookout tower or a hike to Pancíř. If you are interested in history, you can visit the water castle Švihov, where the Three Peanuts for Cinderella was filmed, or Velhartice Castle and Rabí Castle within the same driving distance. We also recommend exploring the historic centre of Klatovy, where you will find quaint cafés, or enjoy a picnic in the park with its beautiful colonnade.
