Where do the property ratings come from?
We stayed here over the weekend of September 11–13, 26, and we had a bit of bad luck with some technical issues. Apparently, a problem with the drainage system meant that neither the toilets nor the showers were working. Fortunately, our camper had both, but our neighbors in the small van were a bit caught off guard. You could say, though, that problems bring people together, so we helped each other out quite nicely. Luckily, everything was fixed the next day, so we even got to take a hot shower :-)
The site’s location is interesting, but I think the advertised 8 spots is a bit of an exaggeration. In my opinion, it can fit about 5–6 RVs. They’re parked in a row facing west, so the evenings are magical. Arriving after dark (around 8:00 p.m.) wasn’t a problem because the path was lit by little lamps.
We highly recommend the kitchen and the chef. Not only did we enjoy dinner, but we also arranged for breakfast, and just from the aroma of butter and onions cooking with the eggs, you can tell that the food here is prepared with love. The wine was also good. Thank you, and we hope to see you again sometime.
P.S.: A tip for first-time campers—this campsite doesn’t offer RV service facilities, such as chemical toilet and gray water disposal. But if you’re heading home via Brno, there’s a service station set up behind the Futurum shopping center where you can easily take care of your RV and head home with a clean vehicle :-)
