The grounds near St. Wenceslas Church in Chvojínek—for tents only. If you’d like to stay nearby in a camper, you can use my other non-camping site.
The church is currently under renovation, but that doesn’t detract from the authenticity of the place. In fact, it’s rare to be able to see the church tower up close like this. However, during the week, please keep in mind that there may be workers at the church and you may hear some noise. But the result of the renovation will definitely be worth it!
A peaceful place to spend the night right behind the historic St. Wenceslas Church from 1247, which towers over the picturesque village of Chvojínek. From here, you’ll enjoy a magnificent view of the entire village and the surrounding countryside—ideal for those seeking peace, nature, and a touch of history.
In the surrounding area, you’ll find beautiful hiking trails, views of fields and forests, and other historical landmarks. The church itself is the jewel of the area and well worth a visit (Mass is celebrated here on the last Saturday of every month.

The access road is steep, so I recommend leaving your car in front of the church and walking the rest of the way. The property is intended exclusively for tents—driving onto the property is not recommended (possible only at your own risk; you’ll need to check it out first, but I personally recommend leaving your car in front of the church).
