Our land is located right on the border of the Brdy Protected Landscape Area, on the edge of the village. It is planted with trees, in the lee and private. In the village there is a shop, a pub, a perfect, well-kept, clean pond for swimming. Everywhere all bicycle paths, hiking trails, forest 10 minutes on foot. Nearby castle, monastery and quality gastro. Night sky at the top.
The property has a luxurious kadibouda with door and ceiling views, a fire pit with basic BBQ equipment, pallet seating, a "kitchen" island and a log cabin all in one. A couple of solar lights, a compost bin and a hedgehog house. There is also new potable water to the property.

Grassy driving surface. In winter or after heavy rains, we do not recommend going all the way down unless you have a quad. :) Street parking is available.

The land is on the edge of a quiet village, so we need to be considerate of the local population and neighbours, whom we love and would like them to love us too ☺️
Please allow for the fact that the grass may not be perfectly cut. This is because it is mown for the horses, i.e. at a stage when it is at least a little overgrown.
IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO FEED THE HORSES IN THE NEIGHBOURHOOD!!!
PLEASE SPRAY WITH WATER as much as possible.

Our first experience with a no-camping site. Awesome! We had a blast. The owner was outgoing and friendly. The place was well-maintained and clean, and the outhouse was clean and new. Lots of cool little touches—see, for example, the photo of the seats made from crates. There’s a fire pit, skewers for roasting sausages, a grill grate, and a cutting board. The water is excellent—I don’t understand one of the previous reviews complaining about bad water. It’s great that there’s probably only one reservation at a time, so we had plenty of privacy. The property has trees, so there’s plenty of shade if you’re visiting on hot days. We pitched our tent in the lower part of the property—a flat area on moss that was shaded in the morning. Thanks to the fenced-in property, I felt very safe there with the kids, and our dog didn’t run away. There’s a playground nearby with sports equipment; the kids played basketball. Great swimming at Záskalská. A nice hike along the stream to Tři trubky, with plenty of opportunities to swim. I definitely recommend it.
A quiet spot on the outskirts of town with complete privacy. There’s a fire pit, drinking water, and a very nice restroom. I’m satisfied. 👌
