The Nesměř Valley is exactly the kind of place where you take in the view and immediately know you’ll find peace here. Just a short distance from the Oslava River, you can pitch a tent, park a trailer or RV, and have water right at your fingertips as it winds its way through meadows and trees. There’s no electricity or running water on the property, but you’ll enjoy a pleasant “offline” feeling and a space where you can just sit, listen to the stream, and watch as the landscape slowly takes on its autumn colors.
And when you feel like getting out and about, there’s a fantastic bike trail (over 40 km) in the area that winds through the Balinské and Nesměřské valleys—dirt roads, meadows, a small river, and plenty to see along the way. For anglers, the Oslava River is a major draw, and by arrangement, there’s also a private pond about 400 meters from the site. Plus, there are color-coded trails with interactive elements for kids, so you can set out on a short loop or a longer hike without it feeling like “just a walk.”

Driveway without any problems. Unfortunately the land was not landscaped and slides for our car. If we had driven onto the property I would not have driven off. Would not recommend in bad weather. In the end we had to go elsewhere. Hopefully this will change in the future! Thank you though.
