Ideal for cyclists, hikers, kayakers, and travelers looking for a peaceful retreat in nature while still having Prague within easy reach. In the evening, you can enjoy the atmosphere of the garden in the shade of old oak and beech trees, sit by the campfire, or play the guitar under the stars. In the morning, you’ll wake up to the sound of birds singing and the scent of the trees.
In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find a snack bar and a restaurant with outdoor seating, a children’s Fun Park, and a Bike Jump Park for cycling and jumping enthusiasts. On weekends, you may occasionally hear music or noise from the restaurant and surrounding activities. If you’re looking for complete solitude in the middle of the wilderness, this might not be the place for you. But if you appreciate the combination of nature, amenities, and excellent accessibility, you’ll feel right at home here.

Tips for trips in the area:
Right from the property, you can take a walk through the Quiet Valley all the way to Únětice, visit Levý Hradec —the oldest known seat of the Přemyslid dynasty and one of the most significant historical sites in Czech history—or take the Klecánky ferry across the Vltava River and continue your trip toward the Prague Zoo.
In the surrounding area, you’ll also find Roztoky Castle, beautiful views overlooking the Vltava River, and dozens of kilometers of biking and hiking trails.

- There is a new, clean outhouse on the property—it is regularly inspected and restocked with toilet paper. Thanks to the proper system, there is no unpleasant odor inside.

- There are two IBC tanks on the property, each with a capacity of 1,000 liters and filled with drinking water; however, I recommend using it for non-potable purposes.

Trouble-free arrival even in bad weather
The entrance to the property connects to a paved concrete road and is easily passable under normal weather conditions. After prolonged or heavy rains, we recommend that owners of heavier RVs and trailers check the current condition of the access area in advance, as the soggy surface may be more difficult for heavy vehicles to navigate.

The popular Vltava cycling trail runs in the immediate vicinity. It is an ideal stop on the way along the Vltava or as a starting point for trips to Prague, Únětice, Klecánky or further towards Kralupy and Mělník.
fishing
The Vltava River is only 80 metres from the property. Fishing is possible after purchasing the appropriate permit.
water sports
There is the Vltava River, and the rocky beach is right by the ferry. It is possible to rent a paddleboard for 200,- CZK/hour (by prior arrangement)

Nearby Joy Park with children's attractions and Bike Park for bigger kids.
hiking
There are many hiking trails in the surroundings. Popular are walks through the Tichy Valley, trips to Levý Hradec or along the Vltava River.

Thanks to its unique location in the Vltava River floodplain and among mature trees, the property offers a pleasant setting for picnics, family gatherings, smaller celebrations or wedding ceremonies in the countryside. We ask visitors to help preserve the peaceful and natural character of this special place.

A quiet place, everything's fine 🙂
A spacious lot near the Vltava River. You can set up camp here in the shade or in a sunny spot. It’s clear that the lot is being landscaped; there’s newly seeded grass, as well as newly planted shrubs and flowers. Several seating areas (chairs and tables) located on the property, as well as a fire pit, are already available for use. The dry toilet was clean and stocked with toilet paper. Barrels of utility water are available. There are places to grab a bite to eat nearby. From the property, you can walk to Roztoky, where you can visit various tourist attractions. From there, you can take beautiful walks along the river or take the ferry across the river, where there are more options for walks and refreshments. Trains do run frequently here, but they didn’t bother us. We only used the site for one day on our way back from vacation. Good communication with the owner.
A very nice place
Everything was fine as far as we're concerned—a nice place in nature to spend the night, and well-maintained. The landowner was very pleasant.
It's a really nice piece of land, except for the trains.
