An absolutely amazing place, one of the best we’ve visited over the years. Great facilities for campers—showers, flush toilets, a playground for kids. The snack bar has excellent beer and lemonade, and the food is good, too. Complete peace and privacy—even though it’s part of a swimming area, the spot is “off to the side.” The owner is a really nice guy; it’s been a long time since we’ve met such a friendly campground owner. If we ever find ourselves heading “north,” we’ll definitely visit this place again.
