Pozemek je vybaven v souladu s popisem místa. Je umístěn u zátoky v klidné oblasti s výhledem na Krkonoše (Černá Hora, Sněžka). Místa pro stání jsou víceméně v rovině. Příjezd na pozemek je místy zúžený, ale dobře sjízdný i pro větší obytná auta.
